Cancellation Policy
•If an appointment needs to be cancelled please let me know as soon as possible, as I know things happen and am very understanding.
•If a cancellation is within 48 hours of the booked appointment, 50% of the service booked will be charged.
•If a cancellation is within 24 hours, 100% will be charged.
•If you are running late to your appointment please let me know. Anything over 10 minutes late will cause the appointment to be cancelled, and charged a 100% cancellation fee.
•No call no shows are automatically charged a 100% cancellation fee, and will not be allowed to book in the future.
•Any Deposits taken are non-refundable and non transferable.
•Making an appointment with me is a commitment to following my policies.
