CANCELLATION POLICY

•If an appointment needs to be cancelled please let me know as soon as possible, as I know things happen and am very understanding. •If you come in sick, I reserve the right to refuse service and you will be asked if you’d like to reschedule for a later date. In addition, your card on file will be charged according to the cancellation policy, being that it wasn’t respectfully cancelled with enough time for me to fill the appointment slot. The cancellation fee cost can not be used towards a new appointment unless stated otherwise by Nicole. •If a cancellation is 48 hours or within of the booked appointment, 50% of the service booked will be charged. •If a cancellation is 24 hours or within, 100% will be charged. •If you are running late to your appointment please let me know. Anything over 10 minutes late will cause the appointment to be cancelled, and charged a 100% cancellation fee. •No call no shows are automatically charged a 100% cancellation fee, and will not be allowed to book in the future. •Any Deposits taken are non-refundable and non transferable, this includes Wedding Deposits. •Making an appointment with me is a commitment to following my policies.
